So in this week's blog, we are going to start a weekly blog showcasing some of our favorite wedding venues... This week we start with the Smithville Inn

Filled with charm, elegance, and grace The Smithville Inn is one of our favorite venues for a few reasons, one being... THE STAFF!
We can not say enough about the staff at the inn. Maybe it is because we are there so much, but we feel very much at home here.
The Layout is awesome. The ceremony area is directly outback, or if the weather doesn't permit for an outdoor wedding... in a beautiful room right next to the main ballroom. Cocktails are served below the main ballroom in a room equipped with a full bar and access to an outdoor patio area. The main ballroom has an amazing view of the ceremony area as well as the lake behind the Inn. As for photo opportunities, it's some of the best in South Jersey!
Another reason we love the Inn so much? Location! Location! Location! The Inn is located right at the Smithville Village. There are rooms available in the village for couples and their guests. There is also Fred and Ethels, a great little restaurant with a bar that has hosted many an afterparty. We should know, we have attended many!
Getting to the Inn is easy as well. A short 10-15 minutes from the Garden State Parkway in one direction and 10-15 minutes from RT 9 and Atlantic City in another, your quests with love the ease of getting to and finding the Inn.
